An uninspired entry.

Gosh, i really have no idea where to start this post. It seems like i've got a million things to put down & i'm figuring out which one do i put up first :)

Now, there, i just got myself the start of my post :)

Well, today marks the 10th month of dad's passing. *sigh* difficult difficult. Life hasn't been easy without him. It's amazing that is has been 10 months, yet i still think about him every night before i sleep, at times while i'm driving (as i spend almost half my life in my car!), and at very random moments. God! i really miss my ol' man! A year ago, he was with me in KL, came for the weekend & that was the last i saw him. Yes, the last i saw my ol' man was a year ago. sigh. It seems like just yesterday but it's a complete 365 days!
If you noticed, my sentences above are very short. I could barely hold up a long sentence as the emotions are already kicking up on me!

What else what else?! Rina, Alan & Ben where down from Australia & now they're all back there. sigh. Time flies. My beloved couzzie will be back next month *keeps my toes & fingers crossed* & i'm so bloody excited! Can't wait can't wait! Can't wait to get down bitching with her! I'm sure we'll have alot to talk about, alot of exchanging stories, alot alot alot.. yay! Couz: me can't wait la! faster come back! Get your stuff sorted out there & book the next flight home yea!

Okla, this post is not making any sense to me today. I might just come back at the later part of the day when i get some inspiration to blog.

i left my heart in Bali

hello world.

i'm not feeling too pleased being at where i am today, right now. At this time last week, i had just arrived at a blissful place. Bali is it called. :) I swear, i have never ever left my heart at any places i went. but this time it was different. it seems that i have felt in love, not with someone, but more so like the place itself.

Peaceful, loving & patience is what i see in that place. People are not rushing to get from one place to another or neither are they angry or showing you faces on the road whilst driving. Everyone there seems to be at ease. Happy & oh so friendly.

This is the kind of place that one should live in. Although the traffic is crazy there, so many vehicles on the road, but everyone gives way to each other & no one gives that dirty stare at you when you cut in their lane, like in malaysia.

This is the kind of place that i would want to live in. Live a simple life & not one that is so lavish & yet not peaceful. There's so much of culture to it, so much to see, so much to learn & understand about them, so much to admire. Bali is a beatiful place. The sun, the sea, the beach, the buildings, the temples, the food, the everything :)

oh man, just go visit Bali & you'll know what the freak hell i'm talking about.

I officially love Bali :)

Oh man. On another note, i'm missing my Bintang Beer :( :( Bintang Beer + the Beach= Bliss.

To believe or not to believe?

Hmm..i tend to not believe in it. But the more i read, the more it sounds true.

bite me cos i am such a slacker! =)

I know i've been such a slacker at updating my blog. (i seem to find myself saying that in my last couple of entries). I have been so busy with work, life & perhaps the more honest truth is that i have just been too lazy to update.

So here goes a speedy update. I'll try to squeeze everything in, possibly 2 lines? lol

I had to undergo a minor surgery to remove my wisdom tooth 3 days back. And did i mention that it wasn't a nice experience? Me being a chicken was clunching my fist at every move the dentist made. Plus she had to give me 5 bloodddyyy Jabs!!! urgghh!!5 FREAKING JABS! The first were 3 shots & then the numbness was slowly fadding away & hence the other 2 extra jabs :( And now, i'm suffering from a swollen face!blergh. As a matter of fact, i miss work, i miss being in office & crapping with my other crappy colleagues :p I know they all miss my crappyness!! heheeheh And i am totally looking forward to work tomorrow! yay! For once Emma actually misses work! :p

Today 2nd April, dad was supposed to fly to Melbourne for 2 weeks. Ticket was booked about 6 months ago , 1 week before he passed away. I know he was totally looking forward to this trip. Sadly, he didn't make it. It has been 6 months since his passing & Emma is living in denial. I still want my daddy back :(

Very yucky day :MONDAY

Hello Monday , Bye Bye Sunday :(

I don't understand why God only made 24 hours for Saturdays & Sundays. He should have made Mondays - Fridays 12 hours/day & Saturdays & Sundays 48 hours/day! Anyone who agrees with me? Hands up??

So dreading Monday! So looking forward to Friday already! :)

Yes, Monday blues (blergh) are already kicking in. Kicking in real hard! Mondays makes me mentally & emotionally sick. sigh.

Such a damn boring post. i know!

MERRY CHRISTMAS & A HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I know i know, i've been such a slacker at updating my blog. Can't help it. I've been so busy with life! :)


In Dec,was rushing up all my work before i went on my 2 week break, then Christmas shopping with friends/boyfriend & sometimes alone, finding more time (in Dec) to spend MORE money (tsk), and when it reached the last day of work for the year, i went from :( to :) :) :) :) :) :)!


Was more than happy when it was time to return home for Christmas. Although Christmas this year was rather quite due to the 'pantang' of not having any celebrations within 1 year of a death in the family, it was still fun & Christmas as per normal only missing my precious dad.


We did the normal stuff, wrapped up pressies before Christmas Eve, went for mid night Christmas mass, came home, had supper, open Christmas presents, went visiting on Christmas day (cos we didn't have open house for lunch this year), spend as much time as i could with the family & then came the day when i had to leave for KL. I dreaded this time as i love spending time with my family & wished i never had to leave.

And now with a blink of the eye it is already the 5th of January , 5 days gone from 2008. To be honest, i really miss Dec 2008. Wish that Jan- Nov 09 will fly by quickly.

On the 27th Dec , Emily (my sister) & I decided to adopt 2 newly born puppies whom were only 8 days old. Their eyes & ears were not even open at that time! 2 white beautiful pups! No special breed what so ever. Just plain mongrells, but what the heck? Since no one's going to be able to look after them since their mum was a stray dog, we decided to do a good deed.

Pearly & Snowy on the 1st day we brought them home. Eyes & ears not open yet.

A new year all over again.

A new year's resolution? Nah, NONE. This year is a year i go without any resolutions. It's gonna be free & easy. Achieve whatever i want to within the given time frame. This year i asked myself "why should i make a new resolution?" . If i want to do something, i just go for it. Full stop. It don't need to be a new year to have a resolution do i?

Emma is very pleased at the moment. with all the stuff that she has bought throughout the week is just making her very happy. Adding bits & bits to her collection as days go by. Unfortunetely, NOT doing her pocket any good :(
